CARTIER FABERGÉ

£10,000.00

In 1972, Cartier entered a new era when a consortium of investors bought out Cartier Paris, followed by the New York and London branches, reuniting under one umbrella. Soon after in 1973, Cartier released the Louis Cartier Collection. This was a selection of twelve different models, some historic and some brand new, that would be serially produced.

The Fabergé was one such model, a brand new design that carries many of the subtleties you’d expect from Cartier. It was made in two sizes, with this one being the larger of the two, and whilst being slightly overlooked in the past, the watch is beginning to build much greater appreciation from collectors and lovers of la Maison. The case is 18k yellow gold and the typical white and black Roman numerals dial is signed ‘PARIS’.
