This exquisite and very rare Cartier Helm (or Gouvernail), in 18k yellow gold, dates to the 1950’s and is a gem for any Cartier collector or enthusiast for unusual watch design.

Made in low numbers, the seamless design perfectly embodies the elegance and ingenuity of Cartier watchmaking with a symmetrically shaped case that displays the hours, and the incorporation of a back winder due to the Jaeger Duoplan movement. The watch comes in excellent vintage condition, fitted on a blue suede strap with deployment Cartier clasp.
