LEMANIA REF. 239A

£400.00

Lemania are one of the great movement manufacturers in Horological history, the company that provided Omega with the exceptional 2310 (or CH 27) chronograph movement that was used in the Speedmaster, the first watch on the moon. They produced movements of the highest quality but can be often overlooked.

This simple but attractive watch, a 1950’s Lemania 239A, comes with the cal.3000, a time-only movement launched in 1945. The standout feature is the warm yellow tropical dial with luminous Arabic hour markers and hands, giving the piece a fantastic vintage look. Also, the case measures at 36mm, which is on the larger size of time-only watches during this time period.
