MOVADO 'CALENDOGRAF' TRIPLE CALENDAR REF. 14776

£950.00

During the 20th century Movado produced many fine movements featuring different complications, becoming a favourite of collectors such as Andy Warhol. One of the standouts was the release of their triple calendar, the ‘Calendograf’ (or Calendograph) that was launched in 1938 and ran until 1954. This was fitted with the in-house cal.475, came in stainless steel or gold and could be bought in varying case and dial designs.

This example is cased in stainless steel with angular chamfered lugs and a two-tone dial, giving it a fantastic vintage feel. The watch has not been polished during its 80 years, and although showing signs of wear, it’s in a lovely original condition. Overall, a great piece for any lover of vintage watches or budding collector.
