PATEK PHILIPPE GONDOLO CABRIOLET REF. 5099

This unusual Patek Philippe ref.5099 is a great example of the brands sophisticated design, as well as a throwback to the creativity and elegance of the past. The model was first launched in 1999, with this watch being from 2004, and was based of the original ‘Cabriolet’ that dates back to the 1920’s.

The distinctive hinged case comes in 18k pink and white gold, which covers a beautifully detailed salmon coloured dial with black numerals and text. It is fitted to its original brown leather strap and pink gold buckle, a buckle that is another modern take on a classic Patek design, and I think a lovely detail.
